Fontenille Menorca, Relais & Châteaux, is a hotel concept unique in the island: new double-headed eagle, two experiences in two neighboring farms. Located on the countryside in the middle of the island offers the possibility of moving to any point of the island, generally in less than 30 minutes by car. Santa Ponsa and Torre Vella have their own specificities both for the architecture, the style or the terrain in which they are developed. The resulting experiences in each hotel will be, therefore, very different.
The kitchen, directed by the Catalan chef Albert Riera, it offers contemporary Spanish cuisine, acidulated and alive, focused on the product. In Santa Ponsa you can enjoy the terrace of the restaurant Nura, overlooking the gardens and located under the majestic oaks. In Torre Vella, the guests that reside in our agritourism can have lunch or dinner a proposal of short menu and daily renewed of vegetables and grilled products in Siempreviva restaurant.
